On January 22, 2026, CIMC Modular Building, a subsidiary of CIMC Group, completed the module manufacturing for a high-end senior apartment project in the UK and officially shipped the modules. The project will provide nearly 80 age-friendly living units and comprehensive public amenities, strictly meeting UK requirements for building safety, barrier-free environments, and sustainability. With the shipment of the modules, the project will soon enter the overseas transport and on-site installation phase, expected to complete on-site hoisting and assembly within two weeks, significantly shortening the overall construction period. To date, CIMC Modular Building has successfully delivered over 200 projects in developed countries and regions worldwide, covering high-end fields such as hotels, apartments, offices, and camps. Previously, in April 2026, CIMC Group obtained a new design patent authorization for “modular container houses.” The group has obtained 175 new patent authorizations since the beginning of the year, an increase of 42.28% compared to the same period last year. In 2025, the company’s R&D investment reached RMB 2.788 billion, up 2.9% year-on-year.
